Smoothie Bowl of Acai with Mango (2/2)

Berries containing high level of antioxidant (anti-ageing) properties are the secret for good skin. This amazing bowl of superfood uses frozen acai mixed with banana. We top it with chunks of sweet mango, crushed almond, walnuts, dry cranberries, chia seeds, flaxseed, oat and fresh blueberries and raspberries

Take 200g frozen acai out of freezer and let it stay in room temperature for 10 min. chop one fresh banana. Place frozen acai, banana and 50 ml almond mild or oat milk in the blender. Mix it with high speed until it becomes smooth and creamy.

Pour the mixture in a bowl and decorate with mango slices/chunks, raspberries, blueberries, oat, chia seed and flaxseed. Do not let it stay more than 3 min. Enjoy it immediately!
