It has health benefits and many medical uses as well as culinary purposes in kitchen. Turmeric can be used in tea a few times a week. Turmeric contains Curcumin, a potent anti-inflammatory and cancer preventative molecule with antioxidant that fights inflammation and neutralises those damaging free radicals. It’s also believed to raise certain hormones in the brain, boosting memory and fighting degenerative processes.
